The Division of Facilities Planning & Management (FP&M) is committed to increasing employee engagement and inclusion and leveraging diversity in support of the FP&M mission, vision and core values.
The FP&M 2016-17 EID Plan Update is now available. This document details the 24 key activities in seven priority areas that FP&M will pursue to increase employee engagement, inclusion, and diversity.
The FP&M division-level results for the 2016 VCFA Engagement, Inclusion & Diversity (EID) survey are now available.
Your department director and EID team will share your department- or unit-level results with you in a staff meeting that will take place sometime during Summer 2016.
